Stayed for my son’s basketball tournament, Preakness wknd. The atmosphere was joyous, staff and guests were friendly and courteous. The rooms and hotel, very clean and comfortable. Great location!

I had an eye operation at Hopkins which left me visually impaired. The staff, John Oakes and Kelvin Melinda, went out of their way to help me get my plane boarding pass. Totally helpful. Room was pleasant and clean with wonderful harbor views.

The hotel was very busy and having two elevators out of service was problematic. But our room was very lovely and I can't praise the staff enough. Everyone from valet to bell man to front desk to bartender was top notch.

The only problem we had with our room was the closet. I ‘m 5’11 and my husband 6’7, the closet rack probably two feet. Not the usual standard closet one gets.
