"Dirty bathroom and smelly towels."

Your front desk was amazing. Employees were all very nice. But the bathroom had mold on the shower door, smelled rancid and the towels smelled like mold. Windows were so dirty you.Could not see the river. Also the elevators felt like they were bouncing and dropping. Tissue holder opening was falling apart and I cut my hand trying to get the tissue out. Time for a remodel.
