Everything was wonderful including the staff at the hotel and the 1878 on the lake restaurant was excellent with a nice ambiance. Grounds are beautiful for a stroll along the lake on paved sidewalks. Celebrated our 63rd wedding anniversary in style.

I’ve been to Lake Lawn countless times over the last 50 years. It was a delight to see it updated in many ways without losing its tradition. Homes were built recently that offer access to LL amenities and they are a lovely addition to the property. Perfect venue for a wedding! Golf course is also beautiful!

We came for a quick one night stay with the grand kids. Everyone had fun, pool and room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Person was sick who checked us in on arrival. Changed rooms after first night and had to wait four hours to get upgraded room. Was told work staff was in meeting all day. When I finally told them my husband was ill, got room relatively fast. Beds were not made, towels were not refreshed.

At registration the clerk was very friendly and very informative with directions. The grounds kept very clean. The dining rooms very clean and service was above what I expected and not pushy, or rushed you. I will return soon with the grandkids and weather will be more for the outdoor festivities. The resort is very nice. Our getaway was exactly what we needed. Kristine, our waitress in training, was absolutely fabulous! Our meals were exceptional!Our room was pretty good. I slept really well! Delavan is a great town. I love to see people out and about. We had dinner at Jonathon's and it too was fabulous!We would definitely come back to Delavan for a getaway, we had a great weekend!

Located in Delavan, Lake Lawn Resort is on the waterfront, a 3-minute drive from Animal Gardens and 9 minutes from Walworth County Fairgrounds. This beach resort is 6.4 mi (10.4 km) from Geneva Lake and 9.6 mi (15.5 km) from Riviera Beach.

Enjoy American cuisine at 1878 on the Lake, one of the resort's 2 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours).
