From time of check in to check out, our stay really was so nice and we had a great stay. We were greeted so nicely by Asia, front desk. Maria from housekeeping and I found a moment to make a connection and she gave recommendations of places for our family to visit. And she was so nice about our rooms having everything they needed. Our breakfast was superb with fresh food, way more than a continental breakfast. Alejandra from breakfast staff was also so helpful and even grabbed us an extra milk for the baby after breakfast hours. Reem, the general manager, made us feel so welcome and her hotel is so clean, everywhere. Pool, elevators, rooms, front entry and she talks to her staff really politely and respectfully. I am pretty well traveled, I have no interest in trying another hotel the next time we visit Dallas. I’ll come back here to Mesquite and I’ll suggest it to my friends and family too.
