We received great assistance from the reservation center, and the front desk staff was fantastic upon arrival. Due to weather issues over Memorial Day weekend, our flights were rerouted and delayed, and we arrived in Chicago late in the evening with no idea what our next steps would be.Thankfully, your team took excellent care of us. Checking in at the front desk, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I didnt have my loyalty number handy when making the reservation and she immediately found it in the system for me. My flight sat delayed and had to spend the night. Service is good. Rooms are good, but way too expensive. Those rooms are not worth $457. We are both in wheel chairs and no one asked if we needed help. I was lied to by the lady that checked us in. She said our room was booked by Expedia so she could not give us a better rate, which it wasn't and show her proof. She said that wasn't your receipt, which was a lie because after we paid the Booking receipt and the paid receipt was identical. You are ripping off people who get stranded. If we weren't wheel chair individuals we would have went somewhere else.

The hotel and room were very clean. We were welcomed. Our room was fabulous. It was not loud from the airport traffic at all. There is also a tunnel underneath where you can walk to the airport without getting out in the elements. The room service was also amazing. We had the beef sandwich. SO good. HIGHLY recommend.
