It started off with the valet parking, which was a pleasant surprise. Then, the concierge was a wealth of knowledge, then gave us a map and booklet with all the information she just told us. The room was very clean and spacious, the view on the fourth floor was great. And the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and will stay with them again on our next trip to Portland.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was during the April 2024 Nor’easter and I had an appointment at the hospital early in the morning. We had to stay overnight because of the heavy snow. All of the front desk employees were happy and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant was friendly too. Rooms were clean and updated. Prices were reasonable. The location couldn’t be better in Portland. The valet parking was very convenient due to the stormy weather.

The room was quiet and comfortable. When I filled the bathtub, the water came out hot quickly. When I got home the next day, I realized that I had left some items. I called. They noted items had been found and sent them express. Very satisfying.
