I have stayed at this hotel twice now and been pleased with the accommodations. Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are very nice overall. I asked for a quiet room both times and was given one away from elevators and the parking lot. I like the free breakfast. Such a nice place. I will continue to stay here when I am in Westchester.

We had to leave our home for a bit unexpectedly and this Hyatt House was the perfect hotel for us. The people who work there were very nice and hospitable. We had a very spacious room which was great for our pre teens. The kitchen was so useful, the beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was really good and so convenient for rushing the kids off to school. We were very comfortable there. Only complaint was that our heat didn’t work too well. It was not terrible but just annoying and could have been warmer. Overall a great stay!

I have stayed at Hyatt house White Plains several times to visit family in Scarsdale. The room was clean and comfortable. This time we had to go from Scarsdale into NYC for a surprise party so it was convenient to stay near our relatives who would drive us into NYC.
