"Rude, so rude."

Never in my life have I had such rude service. Pool is open until 1/2AM. Do not make noise complaints those people are having fun. These are the things said to me when I asked the front desk if it was possible for me to move my pool side room so I can sleep. Then the lady hung up on me. And it only took me 20 minutes before she picked up the phone in the 1st place. And hey good news the pool will be rocking at 8AM with kids, because again they’re having fun. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE it’s an absolute s**t show!
