I was stranded on HWY 50 and had to have my car towed and stay overnight. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was fantastic and helpful! I had no clothes and no personal items. The concierge gave me personal grooming items and directed me to a Target that was literally a five minute walk away! I took a walk down a beautiful cobblestone path straight to Target where I was able to purchase what I needed for the night. The hotel also had a complimentary hot breakfast that was the best! I was able to extend my check out to accommodate for when my car was done being repaired. Excellent service all around! They made a bad situation better and I am thankful for that!
