During my stay there was a 7hour power outage, my key card was deactivated multiple times, the front desk attendant tried to tell me they didn’t have a reservation for me when I went to get my keycard fixed the last time and staff members came knocking on the door telling me I was supposed to check out a day earlier than I was due to check out.
