During our stay, the person at the front desk was not personalable at all. Didn't seem to want to help. In our hotel room, it smelled of urine and dirt. The shower leaked water all over the floor because the shower curtain was broken. The carpet was dirty. There was mold in the shower on the wall area. Pink soap scum under the soap dispensers. It was gross. Very dissatisfied.
