Elwood is the perfect place to stay when visiting my daughter who’s in Grad School at the University of Kentucky. Everyone here is friendly, both with humans and pets, convenient to campus and have very spacious, comfortable rooms. I love a boutique hotel and this one is at the top of my list of favorites. We love Fiddletree too!

I always love staying here when I visit my daughter at UK — it’s truly my favorite hotel in Lexington. The staff is consistently warm, welcoming and helpful and the property is always spotless. On a recent trip, I had an unexpectedly late check in and they were so accommodating and made the whole process easy. Super convenient. Every stay feels comfortable, safe and reliable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lexington!

The price was affordable and the room was very spacious. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The bathroom was nice and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We didn’t get to eat in the restaurant but hopefully next time.
