We have returned to the Tides for 7 years. We love the access to a beautiful, quieter part of Ogunquit Beach and grandkids love the clean refreshing water in their large pool. You must be prepared to walk across in muck during low tide or rent or bring a boat for high tide. Or you can walk or drive to Foot Bridge. The owners and staff are friendly and having breakfast items is great.

This beautiful resort close to Ogunquit Beach and is the only property to have an access to the tidal river from the property has newly renovated 70 guest rooms of various types, from Basic Motel Efficiency Units, 1/2 bedrooms Suites(Smart TVs), Cottages and Apartments. All rooms have Fridge and Microwave and many have Kitchenettes. Extremely Large Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool , Tennis Court, Rowboats and Kayaks are available on rent for guest use during High Tide,10-15 Minute Walk to Town or Beach, Walking Distance to Restaurants, Located on Trolley Route, Wifi in Lobby and some Guest Rooms.
