Had a blast at Radisson Blu MOA. Amazing access to the mall right in the hotel and the train to downtown is a five min walk. Restaurant was awesome and the service was great. Will book again when we come back to Minneapolis.

Love how clean the rooms are and the comfy beds! The bathrooms lack counter space and the sinks are too shallow and, more importantly, too high! I am 5'4" and can never escape without water down the front of my shirt. Direct access to the Mall of America makes this totally acceptable ;).

Stayed in the Executive wing. It was okay. Dated furniture, weird schemes for art, strange color palette for the room. Elevators were difficult to find and key card was wooden, giving it a cheap and brittle feel. All of the amenities were average. Nothing to complain or brag about. It’s a place to stay. Staff was great. One huge complaint is the main entrance. It’s a small roundabout and can very easily get clogged in traffic. Took me 6 minutes to leave the garage.

I’ve stayed at the Radisson Blu Mall of America before and had a great experience, which is why I decided to return. Overall, I still love this hotel—the ambiance is beautiful, the location can’t be beat and the customer service is top tier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and upscale. However, I did notice a drop in the cleanliness of the room this time around. It seemed like the housekeeping was a bit rushed—the room had a noticeable smell of feet and cigarette smoke, which was disappointing and unlike my previous stay. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the restaurant again—great food and a relaxing environment. Despite the issues with the room, I would still consider coming back, especially if they can address the housekeeping quality. The strengths of the hotel still shine through.

The Good: Valets were the friendliest I've ever met, each and every one. The bell staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. The front desk staff was likewise helpful. The restaurant is top notch. The hotel feels warm and modern. Room service was fast and high quality.
