The staff at The Art Hotel are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make the stay a memorable experience. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. I'd gladly stay there again and I highly recommend The Art Hotel.

"Can't believe this Hilton has any stars at all!"

No hot water in either bathroom sinks for three straight days. No instructions for complicated shower. 4 pillows way too fat and bumpy. Had to ask for towels and coffee. No way to change clock from 8:17. Frig door had no handle. Lighting was tricky. Great valet service! Male check in clerk with glasses was very helpful.
