The first room we got was full of ants. Apparently, it was an ongoing issue as there were ant traps in the room. This room was by an outside door which probably contributed to the issue. The front desk person was very kind and got us another room, unfortunately it was not a king room, which is what we booked. Apparently, no other king rooms were available. If this was an ongoing issue for this room, I would recommend not having this room available until the issue is eliminated.
