Second time staying here. The staff is friendly and I don’t mean nod your head and say my pleasure. Brodie working the front desk is engaging and helpful. Rooms are clean and workout room is adequate and more than a closet.

We stay at this property every time we are in Fort Collins and are always pleased with the property and the service. Upon checking in Brody went to great lengths and provided superior service. He is an outstanding individual and a credit to the organization. Because of his service, we will return to this property.

"Little personal care."

Sign in was very uninformative. I had to ask about breakfast before they remembered to give me cards for it. I also had to ask where the elevator was. These are normally the first items addressed at sign in. As for the room, the set up of the bathroom with the closet inside and behind the door is very inconvenient. Also, there are no bars at all in the tub area for safety. There is no complimentary coffee or water in the lobby area that would be nice.
