The towels and washcloths were difficult to reach because they were pushed too far back on that big shelf. I never was able to reach the tissues or most of the towels. The mini refrigerator was placed in front of a mirror that was difficult and it was difficult for me to get through to the to the bathroom because the refrigerator is in a bad place and made it hard to get through to the bathroom also the rugs seem dirty and a little bit slippery and I felt nervous trying to get into the bed.

Our experienced catering staff can ensure your next meeting or event turns out to be exactly what you were looking for. We offer more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, cutting edge facilities, a professional staff and can accommodate groups up to 1,300. We have an open 9 story atrium just off from the lobby perfect for large trade shows. Our on-site restaurant Spring Creek Grill is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service available to our guests. Our property also includes a grab and go cafe featuring Starbucks coffees, lounge, indoor swimming pool with hot tub, business center, gift shop, hair salon, and shopping, restaurants, and a brewery within walking distance.

Airport & Shuttle Information
Airport Express provides transportation to and from Denver International Airport; economically priced at $32.00 each way. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for travelers flying to and from the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport. Our complimentary shuttle service is available to our guests daily from 7 am until 9 pm. The Hilton shuttle can seat up to 12 people per trip. Time requests can be made through our front office. If you have a specific shuttle schedule that you would like us to help you with, please contact me with those needs. Additionally, rental cars are available from the Administration desk.
