Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront is Pet Friendly. We allow 1 dog per room. The dog''s weight may not exceed 50 lbs. For a 2nd dog, the total weight for both dogs must not exceed 75 pounds. Pet fees apply. 1-6 night stay will incur a $75 pet fee. 7-30 night will be an additional $100 deep cleaning fee, for a total of a $175. Cleaning Policies
Through COVID-19, we have increased frequency of cleaning common areas, including guest touchpoints such as restrooms, elevator buttons and door handles. We are limiting exposure for guests and hotel staff by: Eliminating stayover cleaning service for guests staying more than 1 night; Closing the Fitness Center; Serving pre-packaged breakfast; Coffee station sanitized after each use; Mobile check-in; Express check-out w/key drop; Reduced seating capacity; Waiting 24 hours to clean any checkout; Waiting 72 hours to clean any checkout room thought or known to be occupied by someone symptomatic of COVID-19; All hotel staff wear masks and gloves (transitioned after each guest), and practice handwashing throughout shift; Hand sanitizer available at Front Desk and Dining area. Hotel staff has temperature taken before each shift. Hotel is practicing guidelines set by CDC, WHO, AH&LA Stay Safe program, Global Care and Cleanliness Commitment by Hyatt, and Delaware Division of Public Health COVID Protection.
